Education

Polestar Education is a worldwide provider of rehabilitation-based Pilates education, producing high-caliber Pilates teachers and successful Pilates studio models. Established in 2001 Polestar Pilates Asia courses are held at Host Sites in all major cities in Asia.

The Gyrotonic Expansion System is a unique, holistic approach to movement. There are two in-depth teacher training programs available for those interested in teaching the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods.
